Hi, I’m Daniel Leverette.

I’m from a small town in North Florida, where I first developed a passion for understanding how stories influence the people and communities around me.

During my time at the University of Florida, I studied Advertising, where I refined that passion by exploring the relationship between content and audience—learning how storytelling shapes perception, builds connection, and drives engagement. My work has focused on translating ideas into compelling narratives that resonate across digital platforms.

While at UF, I also conducted a research project examining how films portraying historical events influence audience perception and understanding. This experience deepened my interest in the intersection of storytelling, media, and cultural impact—particularly how visual content can shape the way people engage with history and real-world events.

Professionally, I’ve applied this perspective through my work in film marketing and social media. I've had the opportunity to work on social media pages for several short films alongside Producers and Directors, and its allowed me craft more concise messaging for their projects.
